The handle part of the toothbrush is made of 100% bamboo and the brush is made of plant-derived nylon 1010. By using plant-based materials instead of plastics, we contribute in solving the problem of marine pollution caused by microplastics. In addition, the bamboo part of the handle is chemical free, so it is safe to use.

Contribution to CO2 reduction

When converted to CO2 emissions when incinerated, 113 million kg-CO2 is emitted (calculated with 10 g of each toothbrush). Bamboo absorbs CO2 and stores carbon during the growth process, which is thought to contribute to the reduction of CO2 in global warming.
